Shipping Policy
Processing Time
• UK orders: Dispatched within 1–3 days.
• India orders: When I am based in Goa, dispatch is 1–7 days to allow for travel to the post office, local post office hours, and possible queue times.
• Dispatch times are not limited to business days, these are calendar days.
• I always aim to send orders sooner when possible, but the above windows gives room for busy periods or travel days.
Shipping Methods & Costs
• UK shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracked).
• India shipping: India Post / Speedpost (fully tracked).
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel size/weight.
• Faster or upgraded services may be available at checkout when applicable.
• I currently ship worldwide (EU availability may vary depending on regulations; if EU shipping is unavailable, the site will prevent checkout).
• Customs & import fees: Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or tariffs required by their country. These are not included in product prices.
• United States: US orders are shipped with prepaid tariffs/duties included.
This means:

Shipping to the US is available and calculated at checkout based on the current tariff structure.

Delivery Issues, Delays & Lost Parcels
• Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
• Delivery times: Vary by destination; tracking will give the most accurate progress updates.
• If your parcel seems delayed, please check the following:
– Confirm the delivery address on your order is correct
– Check if anyone in your household has accepted the parcel
– Check with neighbours
– Check your local sorting office/depot (missed delivery cards are not always left)
– Review your tracking link for attempted delivery notes
• If you’ve checked all of the above and still have concerns, please contact me.
• Lost parcels: If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, I will work with you case by case. Because everything is tracked, genuine loss is rare, but I will always do my best to find a fair solution.
• I cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or circumstances outside my control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs backlogs).
