Returns & Exchanges
Lar Pixie accepts returns on ready made, non custom items.
To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns.
Custom & Sale Items
Custom orders are non returnable and non cancellable once work has begun, as they are created with direct input from the buyer.
Sale or discounted items may be returned as long as they meet the same condition standards listed above.
Cancellations
Cancellations for ready made, non custom items are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer rights.
