Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Lar Pixie accepts returns on ready made, non custom items. To request a return, please contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
Custom orders are non returnable, as they are created with direct input from the buyer throughout the process. Sale or discounted items may be returned if they meet the same condition standards.
Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns.
Cancellations are not accepted, but please contact the Seller if you need help with your order.
Shipping, Delivery & Lost Parcels
Orders are shipped from the UK when the Seller is in the UK, and from Goa, India during travel periods. All parcels are sent fully tracked. Dispatch times vary slightly depending on travel: orders are typically shipped within 1–7 days. Delivery estimates are guidance only and may vary by destination.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
If a parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact the Seller so the tracking can be checked. Resolutions for lost parcels are handled on a case by case basis, depending on postal investigation outcomes.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. The Seller is not responsible for customs delays or holds.
Faulty Items, Product Details & Legal Information
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Lar Pixie jewellery and hair wraps are handmade, and natural variations in stones, colours or sizes are part of their unique character. Colour may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
