How long does it take to process my order?

My processing time depends on where I’m based:
UK: usually 1–3 days
India: usually 1–7 days
Most orders are prepared sooner, but these timeframes give me enough room to pack everything properly and get to a post office in good time.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Shipping and delivery times depend on where I am based during the year. Here is a clear overview:
When I’m in the UK (March–November):
UK orders: sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is usually within 2 days.
 An upgrade to Tracked 24 may be available at checkout.
International orders: sent with Royal Mail International Tracked.
 Typical delivery times range from 5–14 working days, depending on the destination.
When I’m in India (Nov–March):
All parcels are sent with India Post Speed Post (tracked).
Estimated delivery times:

UK: around 5–7 days
USA: around 10 days
Australia: around 14 days or slightly longer
Europe: varies by country and current regulations

Delivery timeframes are estimates, and customs processing may cause delays. You’ll receive full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For ready made, non custom items, you may cancel your order or request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition.Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love custom work!
 Feel free to message me with your ideas.
Small adjustments to existing designs (like different gemstones) also count as custom orders.
For custom designs, I ask for a 25% deposit to cover materials and secure your spot.
 This deposit becomes non-refundable once work has begun.

Is gift wrapping available?

All orders are lovingly packaged in handmade recycled sari bags, perfect for gifting.
 At this time, I do not offer additional paid gift wrapping.
